ISOPHOT-S spectral atlas of young stellar objects

Abstract

We present a mid-infrared spectral atlas containing 146 observations of 122 young stellar objects. The 2.5-11.6 μm low-resolution spectra were obtained with the ISOPHOT-S instrument on-board of the Infrared Space Observatory. The atlas will be a valuable database for studying the emission/absorption profile of the amorphous silicate band at 10 μm, looking for the signatures of silicate grain processing, characterizing the PAH bands and ice features and selecting candidate variable sources at mid-infrared wavelengths.
