Abstract

The dynamical properties of dislocation interactions for a system of 2 20 parallel straight dislocations are investigated by a computer simulation method based on the stochastic integration of the Langevin equations of dislocation motion. Relaxation of an assembly of parallel edge dislocations in single and double slip configurations under cyclic deformation conditions is presented.
