Abstract

Granulopectic activity first declined, then gradually increased to well above normal, in partially hepatectomized rats. The rate of carbon clearance was the same in partially hepatectomized and partially hepatectomized-splenectomized animals. Common bile duct ligation significantly increased granulopectic activity.
