Abstract

The oxidation state of copper ions in Cu-ZSM-5 zeolites prepared by conventional and solid state ion-exchange procedures was studied by ESR spectroscopy. The coordination of Cu2+ ions are influenced by the pretreatment conditions (oxidation, reduction) and by NO adsorption.
