Abstract

The aims of this work were to find sensitive biomarkers in rats for detection and the level of exposure by Dichlorvos, and to study whether the sensitivity of these markers change by the consecutive generations. The applied experimental system involved classic toxicological and haematological investigations as well as immune function assays. In the applied system evaluable changes appeared only in the second and third generations. In this low dose range such parameters which would show consequent changes in these generations were not found.
