The cross-section of the Rh103(n, He3) Tc101 reaction was determined at 14.7 MeV neutron energy by the activation method. σ(n, He3 = (1,3 ±0,61,0) μ b value was observed. The cross-section ratio of the (n, He3) and (n, α) reactions for nucleus Rh103 was calculated on the basisoof the statistical model. The comparison of the values of the measured ratio and that calculated shows that the relatively high yield of the n, He3 reaction cannot be explained on the basis of the statistical model.
