Hints in low cost solutions for networked control systems

Abstract

The paper presents aspects regarding different possibilities to represent the control problems in networked control systems (NCSs) characterized by variable time delays. The operational computations in linear systems analysis and design for the plants specific to NCSs with emphasis on the transfer functions, rot loci and frequency domain analysis are investigated. Low cost linear and fuzzy control solutions are offered to compensate for the time delays.
