Abstract

This paper presents an accurate, quick and inexpensive technique for measurement on femtosecond laser mirrors, based on spectrally resolved white-light interferometry, that delivers a group-delay resolution of ±0.2 fs over a broad spectral range of (670-879 nm) with spectral resolution of 1 nm. The technique is also well suited for fast visual quality control of laser mirrors.
