Ga1-xMnxAs: A frustrated ferromagnet

Abstract

The exchange interaction in Ga1-xMnxAs was studied microscopically. As a result, an effective Mn-Mn interaction that is highly anisotropic and has a spatial structure somewhat similar to dipolar interactions was derived.
