Abstract

The topic of this paper is the industrial application of fuzzy logic mainly connected to the examination of danger caused by electrostatic charging in inflammable atmospheres, and the development of the most effective protection. The results of control engineering using fuzzy logic verify, that complex systems can be operated with the help of this new method. Fuzzy logic has been used in a new field, for examination of fires and explosions arising from electrostatic charging.
