FMR measurements of ion implanted amorphous FeCrSiB ribbons

Abstract

Magnetic, thermomagnetic and FMR ferromagnetic resonance investigations concerning the magnetic properties of the surface layer of ion implanted FeCrSiB amorphous system were carried out. 1017 N+/cm2, 100 KeV ion implantation results in an increase of the magnetization and magnetic anisotropy of the surface layer.
