Abstract

The molecular geometries of the 1,2,4-selenadiphosphole and the 1,2,4-telluradiphosphole aromatic ring systems, established by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies on their metal pentacarbonyl complexes, are presented and discussed together with theoretical data.
