Abstract

Summary form only given. The generalized Hamming correlation function H//x //y (a,i), is introduced and defined. A measure is introduced that is useful in evaluating frequency-hopping sequences and collision-channel protocol sequences. A result for Reed-Solomon codes is obtained.
