Abstract

The authors performed on rabbit’s eyes extraction connected with abrasion of the corneal endothelium and filling up the anterior chamber with vitreous. In the so treated eyes arose hyalokeratopathy which proved irreversible if the vitreous did not retract from the chamber. In the control groups (anterior chamber filled with physiologic salt solution) the corneal edema has passed.
