Evidence for ω' → σ and b1(1235)π

Data are presented on p̄p → ωπ0π0π0 at rest in gaseous and liquid hydrogen. These data fit naturally to 1P1(p̄p) → [ω'(1420)π0](L=0) and 3S1(p̄p) → [ω'(1420)π0](L=1), with ω' → ωσ and b1(1235)π0. If a single ω' is fitted, its optimum mass is 1370 ± 25 MeV; the width Γ= 360-60/+100 MeV is larger than earlier estimates. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V.
