Abstract

This article was originally published online on 9 April 2019 with an error in the first sentence of the abstract. "Local Equipment Monte Carlo" should be "Local Equilibrium Monte Carlo." AIP Publishing apologizes for this error. All online versions of the article were corrected on 12 April 2019; the article is correct as it appears in the printed version of the journal.
