Abstract

Authors in the nuclei of Ehrlich-ascites tumour cells as an effect of the derivates of Vinca alkaloids observed formation of inclusions of fibrous, globular and crystalloid type. These structures were examined electronmicroscopically. Author assume, that the formation of these inclusions is a result of the precipitation of the nucleoprotein by the alkaloid.
