Abstract

Red blood cells sensitized with anti-D globulin were agglutinated with antihuman globulin rabbit serum labelled with normal iodine. By electron microscopy the binding of the iodine-labelled immune globulins to the sensitized blood red cells was indicated by 500-1000 Å electron dense plaques on the surface membranes.
