Einstein frequency distributions for strongly coupled plasmas

Abstract

Einstein frequencies of strongly coupled plasma systems are investigated theoretically, and through molecular dynamics simulations. Expressions are derived that connect the deviations from local order to the Einstein frequencies. A scaling relation is obtained for the spread of the frequency distribution as a function of the coupling strength. Theoretical results are compared with simulations.
