Abstract

Effect of the immobilization of lipase B from Candida antarctica on the acylation of racemic 1-phenylethaneamine rac-5 with different acylating agents 3a-d was investigated. Isopropyl 2-ethoxyacetate 3d was found the most selective and effective reagent.
