Abstract

A study was performed on the direct measurement of transition frequencies in isolated p̄He+ atoms. A radio frequency quadrupole decelerator and achromatic momentum analyzer were used to decelerate antiprotons. The frequencies at near-vacuo conditions were measured by laser spectroscopy.
