A monozygous female twin pair discordant for dermatitis herpetiformis and concordant for gluten-sensitive enteropathy is reported. The diagnosis of dermatitis herpetiformis was verified by demonstrating granular IgA deposits in the uninvolved skin. Glutensensitive enteropathy was confirmed according to the ESPGAN criteria.
