There was an error in the funding information of the above article in the original version: 'GINOP K-112294, GINOP 2.3.2-15-2016-00034 to L.B.' was listed, instead of 'K-112294, GINOP 2.3.2-15-2016-00034 to L.B.'. This has now been corrected in print and online.
