Abstract

The authors proved with modern investigation methods, that Ievofloxacin adsorbs in conditioning film and stent surface and can prevent biofilm formation. They compared the results of continuous and intermittent antibiotic treatment in patients who had complicated symptomatic urinary tract infection with inserted urinary devices for the first time in Hungary.
