Implementation of a graphical user interface and automatic procedures for easier identification and modeling was discussed. A program which used tools like graphical user interface, automatic procedures and data structures was developed. These tools were added to the frequency domain system identification (FDIdent) toolbox for MATLAB. FDIdent determined a transfer function model by measuring input and output data. This can be used for physical modeling and control.
