Abstract

1. 1. The peroxide metabolism enzymes and lipid peroxidation of various organs and the cytochrome P-450 activity of the hepatic microsomes were examined in organ homogenates from adult heterozygous Gunn rats. 2. 2. When compared with normal controls, all of the components studied exhibited considerably lower activities in the Gunn rats.
