Changes in the dislocation density fluctuations during plastic deformation

The evolution of statistical characteristics of the dislocation structure, average dislocation density and relative dislocation density fluctuation of copper single crystals during plastic deformation was determined. The single crystals that were deformed plastically at different temperatures and crystal orientations were presented. X ray line profile analysis and TEM investigations were used to complete the picture of dislocation microstructures.
