The authors reported a case of cervicothoracal simple lipoma in a 9-year-old intact female rottweiler. Previously reported clinical signs were dyspnoea and coughing. During the pathological analysis of the exterminated dog cachexy, caecal leiomyosarcoma, ileal inflammatory polyp, severe trichuriosis, left phaeochromocytoma impacted in the left renal vein, and v. cava caudalis, and bilateral chronic pyelonephritis were detected. To the best of their knowledge, this is the first case report describing a cervicothoracal simple lipoma in a dog.
