Cascaded extraction OPCPA - A highly efficient power amplifier design

Abstract

The effectiveness of the proposed design is demonstrated by a 4D numerical simulation and compared to conventional OPCPA. According to the results 10% higher conversion efficiency and increased energy stability is predicted in CE-OPA.
