Autoimmune blistering skin diseases are very rare in childhood. They have similarities with the appropriate diseases in adulthood, but, the clinical picture, therapy and the course have age specialities not detected in older patients. The characteristics and a short pathogenesis of these diseases are discussed in pemphigus, pemphigoid, linear IgA disease and also in rare bullous dermatoses.
