Abstract

In this study, the receptor binding properties of the kappa selective agonist: [3H]U-69593 to frog brain membranes were characterized. Specific binding was reversible and displaceable by various opioids. Stereoselectivity of [3H]U-69593 binding was decreased compared to that of [3H]ethylketocyclazocine.
