Abstract

The number of reptiles kept as pet animals increased considerably in the past years, and there are a lot of new species occurring at the pet-owners in Hungary, which are unknown even for the veterinarians. Most of the diseases of these animals develope due to their wrong feeding/nutrition. In the second part of their series of articles the authors demonstrate, on the basis of their literary knowledge and own experience, the most common diseases of the reptiles, developing due to their inadequate nutrition.
