The precipitation process in dilute CuCrZrCe and CuCrZrTi alloys was investigated by electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The anomalous changes of the electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility observed during precipitation in both cold‐worked and homogenized samples are believed to be the consequence of the formation of superparamagnetic precipitates of a certain critical size.
