Abstract

Twent-two tricyclic nitrogen bridged derivatives were examined by HPLC method in Zorbax SIL/chloroform - methanol system. The relationship between chemical structure (ring size, ring sequence, position of methyl substitution) and chromatographic behavior is discussed.
