Adaption without rule base size expansion: HOSVD based approach

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to propose an algorithm capable of inserting new measured information or fuzzy rules into a rule-base which is complexity minimized by Higher Order Singular Value Decomposition (HOSVD) [1,8,9,10,11,12]. A numerical example is also discussed.
