Abstract

The title compounds have been prepared by hydrogenation of the corresponding isoflavones and found to differ from padmakastein and padmakastin, isolated, from Prunus puddum and reported as 4′,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxyisoflavanone and its 4′-glucoside.
