A simple method for rH measuring in microbiological processes

B. Matkovics, E. Kovács

Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

For measuring the redox potential and the rH a new procedure has been elaborated applicable in both the surface and the submerged cultures. The procedure has the advantage of being movable. The method renders possible to study the metabolism of bacteria, yeast, and fungi under aerob and anaerob conditions as well.
