A sesquiterpene polyol ester from Euonymus sachalinensis

Abstract

A new sesquiterpene ester, euosachalidin-A, was isolated from the fruits of Euonymus sachalinensis, and its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Complete assignment of all 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts was achieved via 1H1H COSY, 1H13C COSY, NOESY and COLOC experiments.
