Abstract

In order to gain information on the real structure of biological specimens the 'wet technique' for electron microscopy has been developed. The construction and the working principle of a special microchamber are described. Applications of this technique to the investigation of blood cells, gametes and various bacteria are demonstrated by micrographs.
