Abstract

Results suggest significant lateral variations of the electrical conductivity of the crust and upper mantle. A better description of crustal conductivity anomalies is needed to improve the validity of the generalized shield curves and to determine possible differences between the geoelectric structure of the various parts of the Baltic Shield. -from Authors
