2D heteronuclear NOE spectroscopy with full ω1 decoupling. A method for elimination of 13C1H coupling dependence

Abstract

‘Constant‐time’ experiments are proposed for heteronuclear 2D NOE spectroscopy which provide full decoupling in the ω1 dimension. The heteronuclear coupling modulation of signal intensities is removed by a slight modification of the basic constant‐time experiments. This new sequence seems to be appropriate for routine applications.
