α-nucleus potentials and photon-induced nucleosynthesis

Abstract

New data for the 112,124Sn(α,α 112124Sn reaction have been measured and are presently analyzed. R.esults of the 112Sn ⊗ α potential at the energy Ec.m. ≈ 14 MeV are presented. The determination of this α-nucleus potential may allow a prediction of the 112Sn(α,γ)116Te cross section.
